Hi Valarmathi,
yummm chicken dish.Adding crushed Coriander seeds interested me quite a bit coz I've either added coriander powder or ground the seeds with other masala ingredients for chicken dishes.
Can imagine the taste of coarse bits of coriander seeds amidst biting into the chicken :)
nice bed of cucumbers n stems of coriander leaves for garnish :)
my hugs to spike :)

I tried your chicken curry. It's actually quite different from what I make at home. I don't put any coriander seeds or kasoori methi since I like the simple Bengali 'jhol' very much. But I tried this, and it was lovely! Thanks dear! :)
