- 3 nos Carrot, cut into pieces
- 1 small Beetroot, peeled, cut into pieces
- 1 inch Ginger piece ( optional )
- 3 tbsp Sugar ( optional )
- 2 Cups of water
- Blend all the ingredients in a mixer/water till smooth by adding water.
- Strain the juice using a strainer and pour in glasses and serve immediately.
