Recently I got an invitation for reviewing a Malt Beverage " Black Dog Centenary". This is first time I needed to write about an alcohol drink, therefore I thought to chose a known person for me who has an expert knowledge on beverages. Today's recipe is healthy one pot meal which has lots of vegetables, loaded with fibre, high in nutrition and low in calories. Its Broken Wheat Upma. I like to add lots of veggies to this upma, particularly sweetcorn to it, that gives a nice crunch to it. This is a perfect breakfast recipe, at times you can pack this for lunch when you run out of time. It literally takes 15 to 20 Min's to make, because I have prepared this with pressure cooker. I always find easy and comfortable cooking in pressure cooker. It fast, easy and saves time. Serve hot with coconut chutney or pickle. Try this recipe, you will love it :)
