Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Ganache frosting | Simple and Yummy Recipes

Today's recipe is Easy Chocolate Cupcake recipe with chocolate ganache frosting. These cupcakes are easy, incredibly soft, fluffy, spongy and moreover its a one-bowl chocolate cupcake recipe. Also, I have shared the video tutorial of How to make chocolate cupcake recipe at home.

Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients:
  • 150 gms Unsalted Butter
  • 150 gms Powdered Sugar or Castor Sugar
  • 165 gms Maida flour or All-purpose flour
  • 15 gms Cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2  tsp Baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
  • Line a 12 section cupcake tray with cupcake cases.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Method :
  • Put all the ingredients one by one in a large bowl and beat with a handheld electric whisk for 1 minute.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl and whisk again for 2 more minutes until light and creamy.
  • Divide the cake mixture to the cupcake cases. Fill only 3/4 of the cases.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until risen and the skewer comes out clean when inserted.
  • Transfer to a wire rack and allow it to cool.

Chocolate Ganache Frosting Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Semi or Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Cream
Method:
  • Place chocolate chips and fresh cream in a microwave bowl and melt it in low temperature for a minute. Mix well. If it is not melted, microwave for 30 more seconds.
Frosting Cupcakes
  • Take a spoonful of ganache and pour over the cupcakes and spread evenly. Decorate it with sprinkles or any nuts of your choice.

Egg Malai Curry | Egg Malai Masala | Simple Egg curry | Simple and Yummy Recipes

Egg malai masala is a very mildly spiced creamy gravy. This creamy gravy is made with milk, onion paste and very little spices. So kids will love this gravy.
 Egg Malai Masala

This recipe should be cooked in low flame only. It needs very fewer spice powders and it has a very mild sweet taste, so it is a kid-friendly recipe. If you want a little more spicy, increase the number of green chillies. It tastes lovely when served with butter naan or roti.
Egg Malai Masala

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Onion, large sized
  • 3 to 4 Green Chillies
  • 6 cloves of Garlic
  • small piece of Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Preparation :
  • Boil the eggs, peel the skin and cut into halves and keep aside
  • Place onion, chillies, ginger and garlic in a mixer or in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Chop the coriander leaves.
Method:
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadhai or in a pan.
  • When the oil is medium hot add onion paste and saute. Keep frying the mixture for 15 minutes in low flame. Cook till raw smell goes off.
  • Add the masala powders and salt and mix well.
  • Now add the milk and mix well. Cook in low flame till the oil separates.
  • Once the oil separates, place the egg yolk side down. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes open the lid, flip the egg yolk up, cover and cook again for another 2 minutes.
  • Finally, add the chopped coriander leaves and gently mix. Switch off the flame.
  • Serve the egg curry with naan or roti.
