Ingredients- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- Salt as required
- 2 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Boil ½ liter of water in a saucepan, add the chopped broccoli florets and cook for 3 mins on high heat. After 3 mins drain the water through a sieve and keep the broccoli florets aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, and fry for few seconds.
- Next, add the broccoli florets red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5 mins or till done on medium heat. Once cooked, move the broccoli to one side of the pan.
- Heat 1/2 oil on the other side of the pan, add the lightly whisked eggs. Add salt and pepper as required.
- Gently scramble them and cook until set. Then mix the egg with broccoli and cook for a min and serve hot.
