Rosemary Potato

Rosemary Potato

  • Potato - 1/4 kg
  • Rosemary - 2 Sprigs, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic pods- 3, chopped finely
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

  • Wash, clean, and peel and dice the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes or until they are fork tender.
  • Drain the water and keep aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl mix together olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped rosemary, pepper powder and salt.
  • Then add the potatoes to it and mix them well so that the mixture coats on all sides of potatoes and leave for 5 Min's.
  • Heat a non stick pan, add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, when hot add the potatoes.
  • Roast the potatoes till it turns crispy and brown.
