Today's recipe is healthy one pot meal which has lots of vegetables, loaded with fibre, high in nutrition and low in calories. Its Broken Wheat Upma. I like to add lots of veggies to this upma, particularly sweetcorn to it, that gives a nice crunch to it. This is a perfect breakfast recipe, at times you can pack this for lunch when you run out of time. It literally takes 15 to 20 Min's to make, because I have prepared this with pressure cooker. I always find easy and comfortable cooking in pressure cooker. It fast, easy and saves time. Serve hot with coconut chutney or pickle. Try this recipe, you will love it :)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Broken Wheat
- 2 cups of Water
- 1 1/4 cups of mixed Veggies( Carrots, Beans, Sweetcorn, Green Peas)
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Green Chillies,slit
- 1 inch Ginger, finely chopped
- Few Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp of Sunflower Oil
Method
- Clean and Wash the broken wheat. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in the pressure cooker, when hot add mustard seeds to it. Allow it to splutter.
- Then add green chillies and curry leaves to it and saute for few seconds.
- Next add the onion to it and saute till the onion becomes light golden brown in colour.
- Add chopped veggies to it and saute for 2 Min's.
- Than add the broken wheat and water to it. Mix in salt and stir well.
- Pressure cook for 2 Whistles. Serve hot with coconut chutney or pickle.
