- Boiled Egg - 2 nos.
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Garlic - 5 cloves, finely chopped
- Dry Red Chillies - 3
- Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
- Tamarind Pulp - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a wok, add red chillies to it and fry it.
- Next add chopped onion and garlic to it and fry till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle.
- Next add this to the onions and fry till the raw smell goes off.
- Next add tamarind pulp and salt with 1/4 cup water an mix well.when it becomes thick add the boiled egg to it and cook for one min.
- Finally coriander leaves to it and serve with hot rice.
