Oats and Dill leaves Paratha

Oats Dill Paratha


Ingredients
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Soy flour - 1 tbsp
  • Quick cooking Oats - 1/4 cup
  • Dill Leaves - 1 small bunch
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green Chilly paste - 1 tsp
  • water to knead dough
  • Salt
  • Oil
Oats Dill Paratha
Method
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil.
  • Slowly add the water and knead them to a soft dough.
  • Cover and leave the dough for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Make small balls and roll it and cook on hot tawa on both sides by applying little oil to it.
  • Serve with your favorite curries and gravies.

healthy paratha..... i make oats n whole wheat parathas mostly with methi and seeing this dill paratha i am reminded that suva-methi ( dill n methi ) is a great combo in our part of the world....:)
