Oats and Dill leaves Paratha
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Soy flour - 1 tbsp
- Quick cooking Oats - 1/4 cup
- Dill Leaves - 1 small bunch
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green Chilly paste - 1 tsp
- water to knead dough
- Salt
- Oil
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Slowly add the water and knead them to a soft dough.
- Cover and leave the dough for 15 to 20 mins.
- Make small balls and roll it and cook on hot tawa on both sides by applying little oil to it.
- Serve with your favorite curries and gravies.

healthy paratha..... i make oats n whole wheat parathas mostly with methi and seeing this dill paratha i am reminded that suva-methi ( dill n methi ) is a great combo in our part of the world....:)
