All you need is some processed cheese cubes, wheat flour, green chilies, garam masala and you are good to go. But you can also use other cheese like mozzarella cheese etc....

- Salt to taste
- enough water for kneading dough
- 1 1/2 cup grated Cheese (I used Amul cheese cubes )

- To make the filling, place the grated cheese in a bowl, add green chilly, garam masala and salt. Gently mix it and keep aside.
- Pinch a portion of the dough and make a medium-sized ball. Roll the portion of the dough into a small circle using flour for rolling.
- Put a portion of cheese stuffing in the center of the dough.
- Bring together all the sides to the center and seal tightly.
- Roll again into a circle using wheat flour by placing the sealed side down. Roll it gently so that stuffing doesn't come out.
- Heat a Tawa and smear some oil. Place the paratha and add few drops of oil on it cook for a minute on medium heat and then flip over apply oil on the other side as well cook the paratha on medium heat till both sides have golden brown spots on them Repeat with the remaining dough. Serve hot.
