Ingredients:
- 8 Brown Bread Slices
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Green Chilly
- ¼ tsp RedChilly powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- Cut the bread diagonally and keep aside.
- In a wide bowl mix together green chilly, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Break the eggs and add them to the prepared mixture above. After adding the eggs, beat the mixture for a minute.
- Then add the milk and beat them for 3 mins.
- Heat a dosa tawa, when hot dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and place it on the tawa
- Drizzle some oil around the bread slices and cook for a min on low heat.
- Flip the bread slices and smear some oil again and cook for a min on the other side.
- Serve hot with some tomato ketchup and fresh orange juice.
