Cooking is the most enjoyable activity. That too cooking for loved ones their favorite food is really enjoyable. Its the perfect gift to make them happy.
Just made simple pizza for my friend lubna of kitchen flavors. Just read this story how we became friends in her blog (http://kitchenflavours.blogspot.com/2009/01/its-small-world.html). I cant forget the day when we both went out to have pizza. She is fond of eating pizza always. So i decided to make her pizza. On one evening surprised her with her favorite.
Ingredients
Pizza base - 1
Onion - 1, medim sized chopped length wise
Tomato - 1 medium deseed and sliced
Butter - 1 tsp
Red Chilly flakes - 1/4 tsp
Capsicum chopped few
Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup
Salt
Method
- Melt butter in a pan, add chopped onion and capsicum and fry for few mins.
- Then add chopped tomato and salt saute lightly until just soft.
- Spread this mixture on pizza base.
- Spread the cheese evenly on it and keep it in microwave for 3 mins.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
