Mushroom Sukka Recipe | South Indian Mushroom Sukka Recipe | Simple and Yummy Recipes

A typical South India style easy and mouthwatering Mushroom Sukka recipe. Its very easy and super quick to make. It tastes best with curd rice and it makes an awesome combo.
Mushroom Sukka

I have used shallots in place of onion and it gives a very nice taste to this recipe. One important point in this recipe is use only less tomato for this sukka recipe. Don't use more tomato for this... that gives a different taste to this recipe. Using capsicum gives a very nice flavour for this recipe too.
